POSITION OVERVIEW

The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and provide ongoing education and support. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients. This position is an excellent opportunity for an NP who wants to work in a specialized wellness environment rather than a traditional primary-care setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform comprehensive patient consultations and health assessments.

• Review medical history, medications, symptoms, laboratory results, and relevant health information.

• Evaluate patients for appropriate hormone and wellness treatment options.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.

• Manage and monitor patients receiving hormone optimization therapy.

• Participate in medical weight-management programs as clinically appropriate.

• Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, medications, lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness.

• Order and interpret appropriate laboratory testing within scope of practice.

• Monitor treatment response, laboratory values, and potential adverse effects.

• Make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans based on clinical findings.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

• Communicate laboratory results and treatment recommendations to patients in a timely manner.

• Coordinate care and referrals when a patient's needs fall outside the scope of the clinic.

• Follow clinic protocols, applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

• Provide a professional, welcoming, and personalized patient experience.

• Work collaboratively with medical assistants, front desk staff, management, and other members of the clinical team.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an NP who is:

• Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state(s).

• Experienced in or interested in hormone health, wellness, weight management, or preventative medicine.

• Comfortable reviewing and interpreting laboratory results.

• Comfortable optimizing patients

• Strong in clinical assessment and patient education.

• Professional, personable, and confident communicating with patients.

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Comfortable working in a growing and evolving clinical environment.

• Focused on patient satisfaction while maintaining appropriate clinical judgment and standards.

• Interested in continuing education and staying current with developments in hormone and wellness medicine.

PREFFERED EXPERIENCE

Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:

• Hormone replacement therapy

• Men's and women's hormone health

• Medical weight management

• GLP-1 medications

• Peptide therapy

• Preventative or functional wellness

• Metabolic health

• Lifestyle and nutrition counseling

• IV or wellness services

Our clinic focuses on helping clients reach their health and wellness goals through personalized services that may include hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapy, wellness services, and recovery treatments. The Front Desk Coordinator is often the first and last point of contact for our clients, making this position an important part of creating a welcoming, professional, and exceptional client experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome clients with a warm, professional, and positive attitude

• Answer phones, respond to messages, and assist with client questions

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Check clients in and out efficiently and accurately

• Collect payments and assist with membership and recurring payment processes

• Maintain accurate client information and documentation

• Assist with new-client registration and onboarding

• Communicate clinic services, memberships, and available wellness programs

• Coordinate with providers, medical assistants, and management to ensure a smooth client experience

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Marketing Specialist, you will play an important role in increasing brand awareness, attracting new clients, engaging our existing client base, and helping communicate the services and experience our clinic provides. You will work closely with our leadership and clinical team to develop marketing campaigns that are professional, educational, engaging, and consistent with our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase new client leads and clinic growth

• Manage social media platforms and create consistent, engaging content

• Plan and coordinate social media posts, promotions, campaigns, and educational content
