Melissa Milan, MD, MS is an Aesthetic & Functional Medicine specialist. After receiving her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, Dr. Milan underwent training in Emergency Medicine and General Surgery before finding her true passion in Functional and Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Milan completed her Functional Medicine training with the Institute of Functional Medicine and regularly attends conferences with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and the Peptide Society.

Dr. Milan’s interests and expertise are broad and include autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal disorders, skin conditions, mood disorders, hormone imbalance, and environmental toxicity. She is passionate and committed to helping her patients become happier, healthier, and stronger both inside and out.

Born and raised in Colorado, Mindy enjoys being a part of the Revive team and being able to help people! When she’s not at Revive, she enjoys spending time with her family.

I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors in 2021. My background is in pediatric emergency medicine, but have worked part-time for Revive for a year and a half.

When I’m not working, I love to spend time with family and friends, travel anywhere with a beach, or relax on my porch with a good book!

Coming from the inpatient hospital setting, Janey is grateful to now be on the “optimization” side of healthcare. Come chat with her at our Fort Collins location, where she usually goes to escape the chaos of three kids and four dogs.

Jera is one of the Medical Assistant’s at Revive and loves everything Revive has to offer. She is everything REVIVE… she believes passionately in the importance of health, fitness and the overall longevity of optimal wellness. She considers herself a lifelong learner of hormones and peptides. She takes pride in caring for each and everyone of her patients and guiding them through their entire wellness journey. Jera truly believes “Age is inevitable. Aging isn’t.” She strives daily to help instill the same love of health, fitness and positive goals in every patient. When Jera isn’t at Revive you can find her working out, traveling and spending time with her husband and three kids!

Jessica is a Colorado native, and she loves being part of the Revive team! When she is not working for Revive, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids.
